The Challenge

The Meridian Group required a comprehensive brand transformation that would differentiate them in a landscape characterised by change and hyper-competition. To unify the Meridian subsidiaries, build brand equity and better position themselves in the industry, the organisation partnered with us to roll out a fresh brand identity that would position them as a true challenger brand in the market.

The Solution

After research and exploration into Meridian’s existing brand, audience and competitors, we strategised alongside the Meridian team to identify elements integral to their new brand experience. Together, we established a verbal and visual identity that didn’t just speak to who they are today, but who they will be in the years to come.

We defined their journey to growth and how this would articulate into the market, highlighting four main touchpoints: 

  • It was important for us to convey and emphasize Meridian’s world-class industry knowledge and expertise. This involved ongoing brand awareness campaigns centered around their comprehensive service offerings, business intelligence, and unrivalled results.

  • Building upon a three-decade-long heritage, we established a brand identity that reinforced Meridian’s Challenger status in the industry; a status that highlights the fact that Meridian Group is an organisation that doesn’t just say, but does.

  • A consistent and cohesive brand message was then crafted and delivered in order to connect with a variety of audiences across a plethora of industries. 

  • Finally, an eight-month strategy resulted in the successful live launch of The Meridian Group brand identity on LinkedIn and Facebook.
